As in 2009, we keep the entry price for a basic booth very low to invite small or new framebuilders and companies to exhibit their work. Each exhibitor can only book 1 basic booth; to extend your exhibition space please book additional m². Due to the limited space of the location, the maximum size per booth is 20m². Again, you can book some simple furnitures with your registration.
To register as an exhibitor for EHBE2010, please download registration form as pdf here and fax or send us back as soon as possible. Spaces are allotted on a first come first served basis.
Admission requirements: Individuals and companies who want to sign in as exhibitors for EHBE shouls meet at least one of the following criteria: - Products (frames or components) are designed, constructed and manufactured in house - customframebuilder - realization of unique items/ConceptDesign, maybe in Coop with other framebuilder Terms of business: Invoice payable upon receipt. Upon cancellation after registration period is closed (01.02.2010), fees of basic exhibition space are non-refundable, fees of all additionals are refundable. For cancellations before 01.02.2010 processing fees of €150,00 will be charged. In case of cancellation of the Exhibition due to force majeure both sides will bear their respective expenses. From handover to return, the exhibitor is liable for damages of booked furniture. Place of venue for both sides is Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany. |
