Looking back at the first edition of the European Handmade Bicycle Expo...

Preparations for EHBE2010 are gaining speed, and the long promised most visited site of 2009 review is still empty. Here are at least the most important points staccato-style, before the 2009 Expo gets out of sight completely.

Most important is the big THANK YOU to all exhibitors, who`ve signed in for the first Expo without really knowing what to expect, and for making the event the success it was with their products, of course, but also with the openness and curiosity towards each other, which set the festival-like mood of the days.

The positive feedback was quite overwhelming, and we`re specially pleased that on this years Eurobike there were first products of "EHBE- cooperations" on display. (My own personal special thanks go to BicycleDisco DJ Frank, i really hope you`ll do the music of the next show : )

• ca 2500 visitors
• ca 25 journalists from 7 european countries ensured an internationale press coverage
